We are moving!
We are excited to announce the opening of our new continuity clinic on the campus of Evanston Hospital. Set to launch in January 2025, this new clinic site will host a diverse patient population and opportunities to provide acute and chronic care for people of all ages and backgrounds. Behavioral health and social services will assist residents in the care of patients with complex psychosocial needs. We will operate as a patient centered medical home and continue our “clinic first” curriculum model. We are looking forward to the consolidation of both our inpatient and outpatient educational experiences on the Evanston Hospital campus.
